§Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ffbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ffbd website at ffbd.bio, including all games, services, promotions, and features available therein. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside the ffbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ffbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1Eligibility

To register and use the ffbd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is final and non-negotiable. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ffbd complies with all laws applicable in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ffbd platform, and you must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect on your account.

ffbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or providing false information to circumvent them, will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held therein, subject to applicable law.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ffbd platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your unique account identifier. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ffbd will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any messaging platform. Any request for your password from a party claiming to be ffbd is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify ffbd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if you suspect any fraudulent activity associated with your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your ffbd account is personal to you and may not be used by any other person, including family members, under any circumstances.
• ffbd may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including identity verification, address confirmation, and source of funds verification. Failure to complete KYC checks within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

ffbd reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure, we will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder at the registered mobile number. Any positive balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal dormant account policy.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

ffbd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through licensed Bangladeshi mobile financial services and approved banking channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the daily limits imposed by your selected payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay limits apply).
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, as a standard fraud-prevention measure. Processing typically completes within 24 hours.
• All funds deposited into your ffbd account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection, with the account placed under review.
• ffbd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• ffbd reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your national identity card or mobile banking statement as part of our standard KYC and AML compliance procedures.

ffbd will not be held liable for delays caused by payment providers, network outages, bank processing times, or force majeure events. In all such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and keep affected players informed via their registered mobile number.

4Bonuses and Promotions

ffbd offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated at the point of the offer and is non-negotiable.
• Bonuses may only be used in accordance with the game restrictions stated in the individual promotion. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. This will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• ffbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No such withdrawal shall apply retroactively to a bonus a player has already begun to wager against.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating play designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Seasonal and event-based promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms in this Section 4 apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

5Responsible Gaming

ffbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge, directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly ceilings on your deposits. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration or enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming position during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and login is disabled. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffbd platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the normal operation of games or betting systems.
• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping, seat collaboration in live poker, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity, or making deposits and withdrawals in patterns designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured game parameters to gain a financial advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed. Players must report technical errors to support immediately upon discovery.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile financial service provider without first contacting ffbd support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be pursued under applicable civil or criminal law.

ffbd employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh in the investigation of suspected criminal activity conducted through the Platform. All suspicious transactions are logged and may be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the ffbd platform — including the ffbd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface, text, game software interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ffbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ffbd. Unauthorised use of ffbd's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ffbd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not ffbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ffbd's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ffbd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ffbd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ffbd's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9Amendments to These Terms

ffbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number and will update the Last Updated date on this page. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ffbd.bio/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through our internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
